If you are travelling to Lewes we would strongly recommend using public transport, the railway station is a 2 minute walk from the the Depot Cinema and no more than 30 minutes from the furthest installation site.

If you must travel by car the nearest car parks are;

The Needlemakers, West Street, Lewes BN7 2NZ

The Station Car Park, Station Rd, Lewes BN7 2UP

Eastgate Wharf, Lewes BN7 2LP

IF POSSIBLE PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE BETWEEN SITES -The festival is about the town, the environment and sustainable living the quality of the event will be diminished by traffic.

To visit all of the sites does require a fair amount of walking. Our map will include details of distance between sites to help you plan your visit. If you have concerns about mobility PLEASE do contact us in advance and we can offer advice.

There will be an accessible minibus on the Saturday evening that can be pre-booked. Please email - info@leweslight.uk

Where?.......

The event is free, no tickets are required except for the Trip to the Moon workshop

where a number of pre-bookable tickets will be available from the Depot Cinema.

 

Maps can be collected on the night from, all of our main installation sites and from Thursday 27th from the Lewes Tourist Information Office.

 

This year we will not be running guided walks

There will be hot drinks available at the Depot, Trinity South Malling Church and The Linklater Pavilion throughout the evening.
